Smippy is a typical space creature who never wears anything other than her space suit. She does not
feel comfortable trying new ones, and it is a way for her to keep her heritage. Even though she looks
very cute in this outfit, she still has trouble fitting in because of it.
Another problem is the large antennas on top of her head. When she is in a bad mood, they droop very low, and she has trouble controlling what they do. Unlike other space creatures, these do not serve as a means of communication for her. They simply serve the purpose of an emotion detector. When she and those around her are happy, they tend to stand straight up, but when the surrounding mood is depressing, the antennas tend to droop and get in the way. One final drawback to Smippy is her large feet.Similar to Hoppy, they tend to trip her up. But since they are closer to her body size, they do not cause her to fall. It just embarrasses those around her every time she slips and almost falls. So most avoid her due to embarrassment. |
