The Splits twins have some obvious troubles. The fact that the two of them are joined at the neck is
their largest problem. Most people are not used to seeing this, especially when they are not siamese
twins. Their odd coloring helped to discredit this idea. So in a dark alley at night, they appear
incredibly ominous due to the awkward shadow, and their towering height. This causes fear in many,
and they do not stick around long enough to find out what is really there.
Another cause for fear is the right half has a permanent scowl that can never be changed. Others
tend to think that he is upset, and do not want to stick around long enough to find out what is wrong
with him. While the other side has a bright smile that is appealling, most donot feel it is safe enough
to approach while the other one is constantly scowling. |
